Turn perfect flanges on elbows or other curved fittings as fast as you can notch them. No gauge to set. Hand clamps to my bench. 20 gauge maximum.
The Lockformer Easy Edger Manual Flanging Machine provides any shop with a complete work center for fabricating fittings. One side of the dual purpose bending die bends and punches the cheeks for Button Punch Snap Lock 90-degree fittings. Flip the die over and you have a 20 gauge Power Cheek Bender for making right-angle flanges for Pittsburgh fittings. Self contained hydraulic system.
