Automatic metal cutting machine of high standard for clean and rapid cutting at high precision, designed
for cutting up to 4 tubes of round section at the same time.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
 CN instrument on the cutting length controlled by motor, insert of the data on keyboard; program
on the same bar different lengths and discharge position (in optional).
 Gripper stroke 500 mm (with the possibility of duplicate the stroke for longer pieces).
 In-feeding vice mounted on a trolley that can freely float also in transversal sense in case the
tubes are not perfectly straight; the working plane covered with rollers to avoid any scratching
 Positioning of the in-feeding vice according to the tube diameter by hand-wheel and locking
lever type jacquard, readout on metric scale.
 The specially shaped jaws are easily and quickly to be replaced.
 Automatic centralized lubrication of the mobile trolley.
 Double clamping vices, on both sides of the cut, with especially shaped jaws easily to change,
manual positioning to the size of the tubes through hand-wheel and metric scale, automatic
centralized lubrication of all mobile parts.
 Micro-lubricating blade type “Silube” system.
