The machine will come with standard three jaw 8 inch chuck. Currently, we have a Royal quick change collet system in it which the owner would like to keep. Unless the buyer is interested in that set up also, but I would need an additional 12k for the collet nose and all of the collets. The Royal collet system and collets are worth about 25K
