The Formatic is a wire-release cookie machine, capable of processing doughs with large inclusions.
Their unique drum system also facilitates producing cookies with a variety of different shapes. This includes the ability to produce custom drums to your specifications.
The Formatic also has a variable production speed that depends on the cookie machine’s drum and amount of shapes on the forming drum. The standard production space of the drum is up to 4.25″ in diameter with custom shapes available upon request.
