215" spread distance between end hooks. 14' / 168" spread distance between heavy duty hooks. This looks to have been added later.

26" Hook to hook height. 28" height center of lifting eyelet with bases. Top eyelet is centered. 48" from center to side eyelets.
Hooks are spaced 24" apart with total spread of 215" Some missing.
Crosby GR-100 1/2-13 hooks.
