USED 2017 HARDINGE CONQUEST H51

The 2017 Hardinge Conquest H51 Super-Precision CNC lathe is a slant-bed turning center built for high accuracy and done-in-one productivity. This machine combines a powerful A2-6 main spindle (2.0" bar capacity, 5,000 RPM, 20 HP) with a synchronized sub-spindle and full Y-axis capability, making it ideal for complex parts that require milling, drilling, and back-working in a single setup.

Equipped with live-tooling capability, a 12-station turret, and Y-axis interpolation, this H51 is ready for multi-process machining. While no live toolholders are included, the turret is currently outfitted with approximately 8–10 ID/OD holders, and about 10 spindle liners are provided. Both the X, Y, and Z axes feature glass scales for enhanced precision and repeatability. The Fanuc control ensures reliable performance with rigid tapping cycles, smooth toolpath execution, and broad service support.

Additional productivity features include a chip conveyor, parts catcher, part ejector, tool probe, and foot switch for streamlined operation. The dual-spindle configuration allows for automatic part hand-off, eliminating secondary setups and improving concentricity across features. With rapid X/Z traverse rates of 944 IPM and a maximum turning length of 21.6", this machine is built to handle demanding production while maintaining Hardinge’s renowned ±0.0001" repeatability.
