This is a NEW SURPLUS, never energized 4,000 HP Atlas Copco Centrifugal Soot Blower Air Compressor For Sale. It is being stored in climate controlled storage, with regular shaft rotation on the motor.  
Green Industrial purchased this new from a power-plant that never was built.  It has been stored in a climate controlled warehouse since then.
This compressor was designed to operate the soot blowing operation for a large coal fired power plant.  It can be repurposed for other operations.
