Oil Matic automatic oil temperature regulator. Coolant holding tank.
This cleans and filters your coolant/oil in the first tank then keeps the temperature set in the 2nd tank.
The first holding tank is a 60 gallon tank. Look like it has a oil skimmer/cleaner before it gets into the tank. Then it gets pumped to the filter then drains into the clean 110 gallon tank. The oil matic would keep the temperature the set temp until it gets pumped out again.
The measurement from the floor to the bottom of the flange for the magnet box is 20", but the unit is on leveling screws and could be lowered 4". The outside measurements of the flange are 5-1/2" x 10-3/4". The measurement of the actual hole is 2-1/2" x 7-3/4".
