Works powers up but has issues.
The carriage for the plastic wrap unloader has an issue. The tension arm gives incorrect reading to the controls. Keeps unloading plastic.
Need part # 85-02016-001 or a different tension system.
Selling as non working needs parts.
Uses 120v 1Ph power. Uses DC motors.
