The 2010 ARKU Feed/Straighten "Zigzag" Coil Line is a versatile, used feed line equipment designed for handling coils with a maximum width of 20 inches and a weight capacity of up to 13,200 lbs. The ARKU single-end uncoiler accommodates coil outer diameters ranging from 40" to 71.81" with an expansion range between 18.5" and 24". It comes equipped with hydraulic expansion, automatic re-expansion, front/back coil guides, hydraulic restrictor arms, ultrasound-based strip sensing for loop control, laser measuring for coil diameter, and a roller conveyor for loop guidance.

The exit pinch rolls measure 6" in diameter, ensuring effective material processing. The zigzag punch offers various patterns and a maximum side stroke of 4.72" from the centerline of the coil. Additionally, the strip-end feeder is electronically driven, with a hydraulically opening upper roll for easy coil handling.
