USED EIMELDINGEN 5-1010

The Eimeldingen/Rusach vertical rotary table system consists of two 39.5" model 5-1010 rotary tables, each paired with a tailstock and a heavy-duty master slide model FT7-MF158-SF50-T59.

Each 39.37-inch (1000mm) diameter rotary table is driven by a FANUC servo motor and features an active clamping mechanism. Key specifications include a main gear ratio of 360:1, eight 18mm T-slots, and a 3.94-inch center hole. The system is engineered for substantial loads, with a uniform load capacity of 13,200 lbs (6000kg).

The integrated HEIDENHAIN measuring system and ball screw contribute to precision. Clamping is managed by a hydraulic/pneumatic clamping unit, with a standard clamping torque of 190,550 lb/in (22,000 NM) and a maximum milling torque of 164,567 lb/in (19,000 NM). The overall distance between centers is approximately 108 inches. The system includes an Emerson inverter duty drive.
