USED 1985 MINSTER E2-300

The 300-ton Minster Model E2-300-84-48 Hevi Stamper is a robust straight side mechanical press, ideal for heavy-duty industrial applications. Manufactured in 1985 and rebuilt in 2000, it features a 6" T-slotted bolster and advanced control systems including the Helm Loadgard Trend Series 4 TLG 4500 digital tonnage monitor, and a SmartPac Wintriss press control. For added efficiency, it includes a Data Instruments Dipro Sensor Interface System and a Pulse Spray stock lubricating system.

The press has a bed area of 84" left to right and 48" front to back, with a 4" stroke length and variable stroke rates of 0-80 per minute. The air clutch and air counterbalance systems enhance operational precision, and it is mounted on vibration isolator pads for stability. An additional Vamco Model 6-10LL roll feed offers a 10" programmable servo adjustable cam operation, boosting its versatility.

Included with the press is a Jaybird Model JCS-1266 combination coil cradle and straightener, which can handle coils up to 66" in diameter and weighs up to 10,000 pounds. It features a variable speed drive, a 3-roll straightener, serrated entry and exit pinch rolls, and a pneumatic tip-up table.
