USED 2000 SUTHERLAND SP2-D300-120-60-12

This used 2000 Sutherland SP2-D300-120-60-12 is a robust 330-ton straight side mechanical press featuring a double crank and 8-point gibbing. Notably, the crown was rebuilt in 2019, accompanied by a remanufactured gearbox with new gears and reworked clutch and brake systems. The equipment includes updated locking devices, main bearing refitting, and a meticulous crankshaft cleaning and polishing. A full inspection of the crown revealed no cracks, and the press comes with a six-month warranty on the torque box and clutch work.

The machine operates with an air clutch and brake system, featuring a free-standing control console, Wintriss SmartPAC 2, T-slotted slide and bolster on 6" centers, and palm buttons for ease of use.
