Andritz F4 Moduscreen
he ANDRITZ ModuScreen F is well-proven in various low-, medium and high-consistency applications. There are more than 2,000 units operating around the world. A full range of rotors – from conventional to new designs with dilution facility – is available for highly demanding process conditions. This ensures excellent runnability with best screening results at a consistency range from 1.0% up to 4.5%. Screen cylinders cover a wide range of drilled hole and slotted wedge wire baskets. The correct combination of screen basket and rotor means that the ModuScreen F can be used for any pulp grade. Applications vary from recycled fiber screening, broke and thick stock screening, mechanical pulp screening to fiber recovery from water systems.
