NEW 2026 BURRI BZ 300

The Burri Model BZ 300 is the veritable flagship of the Burri line first shown to the world in 2019. All those rebuilds, all of the prior designs, combined with lessons learned and listening to customer experiences have fused together to create the 'Clean-Sheet' designed BZ300. And Burri once again sets new standards in a modular platform for gear grinding operations.

Designed with 300mm OD capability with automation, in a pinch 400mm can be handled when loaded manually.

The modular construction of this design allows for a series of 'tools' we can incorporate to address your particular production needs - to wit:
- A second dressing spindle can be integrated for holding the dressers for profile and worm grinding or a radius dresser for root fillet requirements.
- Both dressing spindles can be swiveled via an NC axis.
- A swiveling tailstock is available for shaft-type parts.
- The loading station typically incorporates an oil centrifuge but can be upgrade with additional functions such as:
- Workpiece measuring.
- Brushing.
- Laser Marking.
- Etc.
- The standard Gantry-Style loader can be configured as a conveyor belt for batch-type production.

Rebuilding & improving existing generating grinding machines is in Burri's DNA since 2002. Along the way, NEW machines were developed along with rebuilds.
