MACHINE DESCRIPTION:
The QUICK TURN SMART 200M CNC turning center provides high performance and unsurpassed production value for small to medium-sized parts. As an (M) configuration, the machine adds milling, drilling and tapping to its turning capability. This gives the machine Multi-Tasking abilities for even shorter part processing times.
The machine is equipped with the SMART CNC control system for easy operation. It utilizes both EIA/ISO format program codes and MAZATROL conversational programming. The machine features our MX Hybrid Roller Guide System that dampens vibration, extends tool life and accelerates/decelerates at high speeds to shorten cycle times.
