The Used Belmer Winkle Press VPK 2S Dewatering Belt Press is a high-performance sludge dewatering system designed for continuous, reliable operation in wastewater treatment facilities. Built in 2022, this unit features a 1,500 mm (4’8”) wide belt and a total belt length of 15,500 mm (50’4”), providing excellent throughput and dewatering efficiency.
Constructed with a stainless steel frame and equipped with a hydraulically controlled belt tracking device, the VPK 2S ensures stable operation and reduced maintenance. The system includes a sludge pump, polymer station, control panel, and multiple variable-speed drives, making it a near turnkey dewatering solution.
