MACHINE DESCRIPTION:
The advanced INTEGREX e-420H-ST Multi-Tasking machining center provides precision part processing of heavy, large-diameter shaft-type workpieces in single setups. It features a lower turret that works alongside twin turning spindles and a main milling spindle for the ultimate in 5-axis DONE IN ONE® part processing.
MACHINE CHARACTERISTICS:
Two high-output, high-torque turning spindles with C-axis control
Lower turret with or without Y-axis for machining at either turning spindle
Milling spindle comes with a CAT 40 or CAPTO C6 interface
Tool storage capacities in 40, 80 or 120 tools
Below centerline X-axis travel increases part accuracy
