NEW MAZAK VARIAXIS I-700T

The VARIAXIS i-700T Multi-Tasking machining center features multiple-surface, simultaneous 5-axis capabilities as well as turning functions. In fact, it is the first within its series to offer turning, bringing even higher levels of productivity to part-processing operations in industries such as aerospace, energy and transportation.

The machine incorporates all processes from raw material input through final machining in a single setup, also known as DONE IN ONE® operations. As such, users benefit from reduced production lead times, improved machining accuracy and lower operating expenses.

Users can also pair the VARIAXIS i-700T with an optional two-pallet changer to achieve continuous part processing. This simple and efficient automation feature enhances productivity by allowing operators to load, unload and inspect a part on one pallet, while the machine continues to work on a part fixtured on the other pallet.
