Description

The John Boos GT-8 grease interceptor traps grease, fats, and oils from sink systems. It has a grease capacity of 8 pounds with a GPM capacity of 4 pounds. Constructed of 1/8-inch-thick carbon steel, it has durability for heavy use. The no-skid cover is easy to remove for cleaning out the debris. The baffle on this John Boos GT-8 grease interceptor is also removable.
