This floor model Heavy Duty Food Processor features a 5€ x 5€ x 14€œ feed hopper that easily holds whole blocks of mozzarella and other types of cheeses as well as large vegetables. Light weighed handle pusher presses down products against blade on a smooth and effortless way, leaving no leftovers at the bottom of hopper. Powerful 1 1/2 HP motor guarantees power to oversized 17€ discs and high volume production. It slices, shreds and grates up to 880 lb. per hour. A selection of 7 blades is available to best suit users needs (sold separately). Comes standard with an aluminum 3 gal. catch bucket for continuous use. Easily comes apart for cleaning. Floor model for perfect working height. The head and pan are easily removable for cleaning.
