Description

The Garland GIRCM60 gas cheese melter warms plates, toasts bread, and melts cheese so restaurants can put finishing touches on dishes. It uses two infrared burners€”each with a capacity of 15,000 BTU€”to produce heat. These burners have individual controls that can be adjusted with the high/low valves.
For durability, the sides, top, bottom, backsplash, and heat shield of the Garland GIRCM60 cheese melter are made of stainless steel. A chrome-plated rack and a spring-balanced rack assembly are included to hold plates an appropriate distance from the burner. This unit is powered by natural gas and should be installed 6 inches away from combustible surfaces.
