Description

The Garland GIRCM36C cheese melter features a 311/4-inch-wide opening and an adjustable broiling rack that can be raised or lowered on the four-position guide to achieve the desired heat intensity. For further heat control, the infrared burners have low/high control valves, providing light-based heat suited for melting cheese on top of meats or for browning breads. If bits of food fall off, they are caught by the grease pan below, which is removable for swift cleaning. The cheese melter's top, front, and sides are made of stainless steel and its 4-inch legs provide clearance in case crumbs fall on the counter.
