Description

This Garland GIRCM48 range-mount cheese melter is designed for compatibility with Garland G48 G Series restaurant ranges. It's mounted in the center of a flue riser with side flue extensions, and its front, sides, top, backsplash, and heat shield are made of durable stainless steel. Operators can customize how much heat each item receives by shifting the chrome-plated rack up or down along four positions.
The Garland GIRCM48 cheese melter uses two 15,000-BTU burners to finish dishes. Each infrared burner has independent controls that consist of a high/low valve. Before installing the natural gas-powered unit, users should ensure the unit has 6 inches of clearance on each side and at the rear.
