Hatco FTBX-S2 54 15/16" Recessed Frost Top, 120v

Perfect for serving lines, the Hatco FTBX-S2 recessed frost top holds pre-chilled snacks, drinks, and side items at cold temperatures until they are served without drying them out. It has a recessed design with a lip that holds as many as two full-size sheet pans in place. Because it does not come with a condensing unit, it is designed to operate through remote refrigeration. This unit uses R-513A refrigerant, so the condenser it is paired with should use it, as well. The electronic temperature control panel ships loose with 16-foot probe wires. To remove buildup on the Hatco FTBX-S2 drop-in frost top's components, defrost cycles are necessary. These cycles happen automatically based on the setting the operator programs into the system.
