Description

The Infrico IBC-ABT201C roll-in blast chiller and shock freezer uses R404A refrigerant to cool the interior cavity. This system can hold temperatures at -40 degrees Fahrenheit, but it operates using a blast chilling and blast freezing cycle for quick product pulldown. Users can manage the unit's operation via the easy-to-read control panel, which features a USB port. Because the refrigeration system is remote, the condensing unit is sold separately.
