Description

To optimize food quality and consistency, the Infrico IBC-ABT202CBI roll-in blast chiller can quickly reduce the core temperature of product to chilled or frozen levels. Suitable for high-volume operations, it has a chilling capacity of 280 pounds and freezing capacity of 154 pounds. Built for strength over time, its interior and exterior are made of heavy-duty 300-series stainless steel. For optimal chill retention, this unit is built with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation.
The Infrico IBC-ABT202CBI blast chiller/shock freezer features a corrosion-resistant evaporator coil and rounded cabinet corners to simplify cleaning. Its door frame is heated to help prevent ice accumulation, and to streamline installation, its refrigeration system is self-contained. The control panel features a simple-to-read menu and USB connection; overall, this unit measures 551/8 inches wide by 51 inches deep by971/16 inches high.
