Description

The Delfield F29110CP refrigerated chef base has a stainless steel, six-drawer system that holds (12) 12-inch by 20-inch by 4-inch-deep hotel pans. To reduce maintenance, the tracks provide smooth drawer opening and closing without grease. These tracks also hug the gaskets so the drawers stay closed on uneven floors. The gaskets line the openings to create an airtight seal and snap out of the base for cleaning.
Constructed of stainless steel, the top of the Delfield F29110CP chef base is corrosion and scratch resistant. The marine edge surrounds the top, keeping excess water off the floor, while the welded corners keep bacteria out of the top. Six-inch casters enable the unit to be moved, facilitating cleaning and component service. The base comes with a wall-mounting bracket, so it can be secured to a solid surface for stability.
