Description

The Delfield F2936CP refrigerated chef base has a stainless steel top that resists scratches and dents. With its full-perimeter marine edge, the unit contains leaks and spills to its top. For simple cleaning, the fully welded top corners have smooth finishes that can be wiped clean. Product is held within two drawers in 12-inch by 20-inch pans or smaller, fractional pans. This drawer system slides smoothly on Delrin® track rollers, without grease that must be replaced. The tracks and gaskets fit together tightly to keep the drawers closed.
Temperatures in the Delfield F2936CP chef base stay between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit, and users can adjust the level by turning the knob in the machine compartment. Cold temperatures are created by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and retained with polyurethane foam insulation. Mullion blowers between the drawers move air throughout the interior, providing even cooling.
