Description

The Delfield F2962CP refrigerated chef base can be mounted securely to a wall with the included bracket or moved on its casters for cleaning or component service. Its marine edge borders the stainless steel top, so it keeps spills and leaks off the floor. The fully welded corners are smooth and simple to clean.
The drawer system in the Delfield F2962CP refrigerated low-profile chef base accommodates six 20-inch by 12-inch by 4-inch-deep hotel pans. All drawers are made of stainless steel, resisting dents and rust. The track rollers have low maintenance requirements, moving smoothly without regular greasing. These tracks are tight against the gaskets, so they keep the drawers closed on uneven floors. Internal base temperatures stay between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit, and employees can adjust the level. This unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and houses its refrigeration components in the right-side machine compartment.
