Description
The Hoshizaki CR72A commercial chef base's predominantly stainless steel construction adds strength and durability, while resisting the many dents and scratches dealt out in a busy kitchen. So chefs can prepare additional servings of a meal and hold them for high-traffic periods, the base's four drawers can hold eight full-size food pans. Flush-mounted drawer handles promote optimized aisle traffic, and with its combination of marine and drip edges, the base top contains spilled food to limit messes.
The Hoshizaki CR72A chef base has a polyurethane insulation lining to help it seal in the cold and keep food preserved. Temperature levels are indicated on an LED display, which can be set to show in Fahrenheit or Celsius, and because it is flat, the top of the chef base can be used as a food prep station, though caution should be observed if using appliances with heating elements. The cabinet's casters let users roll it wherever required.
