Description

The Infrico IUC-MSG36 chef base is a front-breathing unit measuring 365/8 inches wide by 321/2 inches deep by 261/4 inches high. This unit can be easily installed in tight-knit spaces and sits on a set of 4-inch-diameter casters for easier maneuvering. Once installed in the preferred space, this chef base's self-contained monoblock, INFRIBLOCK™ refrigeration system is preloaded with R134a hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep conditions between 33- and 38-degrees Fahrenheit. The digital temperature control assists with easier operation, and the automatic defrost heats the interior and other components to ensure efficiency.
This Infrico IUC-MSG36 refrigerated storage unit has an interior space of 5.2 cubic feet. While using two separate drawer compartments, the body stores perishables like steak, chicken, fish, and vegetables; these drawers sit on heavy-duty slides constructed of stainless steel to hold as much as 440 pounds. Similarly, the front, sides, and interior are made of 430 stainless steel for enhanced strength and corrosion resistance. To maintain fresh ingredients throughout long shifts, CFC-free polyurethane insulation keeps the interior cooler for longer, extended periods.
