Description
Overall, the Infrico IUC-MSG48 chef base measures 485/8 inches wide by 321/2 inches deep by 261/4 inches high. This unit's interior space measures 6.8 cubic feet to hold most perishables, and the top is built in with a drip-resistant €œV€ edge to contain spills or drips as users cook using countertop equipment on the worktop. This unit is strengthened with a stainless steel construction that resists rust and corrosion while adding durability for a long lifespan. It sits on four 4-inch casters for comfortable mobility on most kitchen floor plans.
This Infrico IUC-MSG48 refrigerated storage unit maintains 33- to 38-degree Fahrenheit temperatures using the simple-to-adjust, front-placed control panel; its polyurethane insulation works to maintain these temperatures throughout high-volume shifts. To reduce excessive amounts of frost inside the base's interior, its defrost system is fully automatic. Its compact monoblock, INFRIBLOCK™ refrigeration system is fully self-contained using pre-loaded R134a hydrocarbon refrigerant, condenser, and evaporator.
