Description

So it can be installed against a wall or right beside another piece of equipment, the Turbo Air PRCBE-48R-N chef base breathes from the front. To streamline installation, the refrigeration system is self-contained, and it's mounted on the side for quick access during maintenance. Magnetic gaskets provide a tight door seal, and polyurethane insulates the unit to ensure cold air doesn’t escape into the environment.
Each drawer on the Turbo Air PRCBE-48R-N chef base can hold two full-size food pans as large as 180 pounds. Using R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit operates within the range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and if users want to monitor the temperature, they can view the digital display for a readout. Made of stainless steel, the top is durable enough to hold heavy pieces of equipment.
