Description
Outfitted with four stainless steel drawers, the Turbo Air TCBE-72SDR-E-N Super Deluxe chef base provides organized, high-capacity cold storage beneath its extended top. Each drawer accommodates two full-size pans up to 6 inches deep (pans not included), and recessed handles promote ease of use in fast-paced environments. The one-piece reinforced stainless steel top is insulated to minimize heat transfer and supports up to 1,192 pounds of equipment. A front-mounted digital temperature display enables quick visual checks during service.
Built with an anti-corrosion coated evaporator, the Turbo Air TCBE-72SDR-E-N chef base is engineered for long-term refrigeration durability. Its side-mounted, self-contained system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The self-cleaning condenser removes dust buildup daily, while high-density polyurethane insulation is foamed in place to preserve cold air. The unit is mounted on 4-inch swivel casters for maneuverability around a workspace.
