For kitchens with incoming water 140 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, the Jackson 10AB Model 10 dishmachine includes a thermostatically controlled built-in booster heater that can raise incoming water 40 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure the 180 degrees Fahrenheit needed for thorough sanitization. Its electric wash tank accommodates 4.5 gallons and includes low-water protection to prevent damage. Great for quick-service restaurants, coffee shops, and restaurants with fewer than 50 seats, this warewasher can sanitize 45 racks per hour, using 1.29 gallons of water per rack for each fully automatic 72-second cycle.
The Jackson 10ABhigh-temperature dishwasher's counter-rotating wash arms thoroughly clean dishes, while its circular structure evenly distributes wash action for uniform results. To accommodate various types of dishware, three 171/2-inch-diameter racks€”one dish rack, one combination rack, and a four-compartment silverware rack€”come with this unit. Large pans, pots, trays, and bowls can fit inside its 171/4-inch-tall chamber clearance, and this 271/2-inch-wide by 241/4-inch-deep by 581/4-inch-high unit's heavy-duty stainless steel construction resists rust, corrosion, and wear through daily use.
