For mid-size operations, such as coffee shops, quick-service restaurants, and small eateries, the Jackson 10APRB high-temperature dishwasher can sanitize 45 racks per hour. Each automatic 72-second cycle uses 1.29 gallons of water per rack€”a total of 58 gallons per hour. Its thermostatically controlled built-in booster heater must be connected to a 140-degree-Fahrenheit water source to raise incoming water temperature to the 180 degrees Fahrenheit needed for proper sanitization. A 1/2-horsepower pump maintains a consistent waterflow during the rinse cycle, suiting facilitates with low or fluctuating water pressure.
This Jackson 10APRB dishmachine measures 351/2 inches wide by 241/4 inches deep by 581/4 inches tall and is made of stainless steel€”a durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant metal that can be wiped clean. To accommodate various dishware, it includes one dishrack, one four-compartment silverware rack, and one combination rack, each of which measures 171/2 inches in diameter. Its 171/4-inch chamber accommodates large pots, pans, bowls, and other utensils. To maximize wash action, its wash arms counter rotate, while the unit's circular design evenly disperses the wash action.
