To maintain 145-degree-Fahrenheit incoming water, the Jackson CONSERVER XL-E-LTH Conserver® door-type dishwasher includes a built-in booster heater compatible with 110-degree-Fahrenheit water. This unit can wash 41 racks per hour in a normal cycle when water temperature and pressure meet requirements, using 1.02 gallons of water per rack. This low-temperature unit requires chemical sanitization to clean dishes properly, and its low-chemical indicator light illuminates when chemicals need to be replenished. For flexibility, operators can choose from an 87-second normal cycle, 145-second medium cycle, or 325-second heavy cycle, and convenient top-mounted controls streamline operation.
The Jackson CONSERVER XL-E-LTH low-temperature dishmachine includes interchangeable upper and lower stainless steel wash and rinse arms that endure consecutive use. Its internal sump, waste accumulator, and removable scrap screen collect debris to maintain a clean system. The self-draining stainless steel pump helps prevent detergent and soil from carrying over from the wash to the rinse cycle, while its fill-and-dump mechanism adds fresh water each cycle. To eliminate hard water deposits that can affect results, users can flip on the delimer switch.
Operators can load large pots, pans, trays, and mixing bowls into this door-type warewasher with its 171/4-inch vertical interior clearance. Its universal 303/8-inch-wide by 291/2-inch-deep by 681/2-inch-high design can be field converted from a straight to corner unit and vice versa depending on the kitchen requirements, though the kit for this alteration is sold separately. To endure frequent use in high-traffic kitchens, its durable stainless steel construction resists wear, rust, and corrosion and can be wiped clean. Operators can adjust its bullet feet to stabilize on irregular flooring to avoid wobbling during washing and rinsing cycles.
