Description
Able to accommodate two racks per load, the Jackson CONSERVER XL2 dishwasher washes as many as 82 racks per hour. Each 87-second cycle uses 1.06 gallons of water, amounting to 87.05 gallons per hour. This low-temperature model is compatible with 140-degree-Fahrenhet incoming water and requires chemical sanitization to ensure proper sanitization. Its fill-and-dump design replaces dirty water with fresh water every rinse cycle, while its self-draining stainless steel pump removes soil and detergent carryover between wash and rinse cycles. The built-in waste accumulator collects debris, while the removable scrap screen simplifies cleaning.
The Jackson CONSERVER XL2 door-type dishmachine boasts a 171/4-inch interior clearance for pans, pots, bowls, and large utensils. Its upper and lower wash and rinse arms produce uniform results and can be interchanged as need. Convenient top-mounted controls provide a readable interface so users can quickly gauge its operational status. Employees can track remaining time with the electronic timer and initiate hard water deposit removal with the delimer switch. When sanitizing chemicals are low, indicator lights illuminate to notify operators. For versatile installation, this 501/2-inch-wide by 291/4-inch-deep by 681/2-inch-high stainless steel door-type warewasher features dual-point drain connections and has straight-through operation for placement between two dish tables.
