Description

Built with overhead ceramic heating elements, the Hatco GRCSCL-24 carving station keeps food warm during slicing, while thermostatic controls let users adjust heat for precise warming. Incandescent lights illuminate the base to reduce injury risks as employees slice and cut steak, ham, and pork. To prepare meats, a cutting board must be purchased separately.
The Hatco GRCSCL-24 countertop carving station's lights are shatterproof to prevent food from glass from a broken bulb. To further protect food, a sneeze guard is built on the right side, shielding product from airborne particulates. Ideal for high-end restaurants and buffets, this countertop unit measures 26 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 281/2 inches high.
