Description

The Hatco AH18120TCCS Glo-Ray® infrared foodwarmer uses a pre-focused heating pattern to maintain safe serving temperatures without drying out the product or cooking it further. The foodwarmer's non-blackening reflector enables it to distribute heat consistently across the holding surface. Built-in wire guards over the heating element keep staff safe from burns, and its strong aluminum housing prevents it from sagging. The Hatco AH18120TCCS Glo-Ray infrared foodwarmer has a user-friendly toggle switch and comes pre-assembled with mounting tabs.
