Description
The Delfield EHEI60C E-Chef® hot food table has four 12-inch by 20-inch wells that accommodate a 6-inch-deep full-size pan each. So operators can change the water, these wells have built-in drains, and the controls for each well are infinite so the heat intensity can be adjusted from low to high. A fill faucet is included with the unit, though it has to be installed in the field; the unit comes with pre-punched faucet holes and chrome plugs. Along the front, the full-width cutting board provides a place for prepping, and shelves are built into the base for supplies storage.
