Duke WB304 58 3/8" Hot Food Table w/ (4) Wells & Cutting Board, Natural Gas

The Duke WB304 Aerohot™ steam table can hold four full-size pans of warm food in its wells, but with smaller pans and pan adapters, more dishes can be served. Food pans drop right into the wells, where they are heated by a wet bath. Powered by natural gas, this unit has a gas pressure regulator and gas safety pilot for operator safety. Users can adjust the gas with a manual valve on the front, and to speed up cleaning, a drain is built into the bottom of the bath.
Along the front of the Duke WB304 steam table, a carving board provides a space for operators to slice meat and prepare meals. A reinforced shelf and brackets strengthen the unit, and plates, trays, and other equipment can rest of the lower shelf, staying within reach. If floors are uneven or slanted, the plastic bullet feet can be adjusted.
