The Browne 22126 steam pan has reinforced edges that protect against damage and provide strength. Anti-jamming technology allows the pan to stack with other pans and be removed simply. This half-size pan has a capacity of 10.6 quarts that is great for small portions of meat, vegetables, and starches. The Browne 22126 steam pan is constructed of stainless steel for durability.
