The Browne 22136 steam pan is a third-size pan with a 6.4-quart capacity that is great for holding side dishes, sauces, gravies, and more. The stainless steel construction of the pan resists corrosion and is easy to clean. Durability is added thanks to the stainless steel construction and reinforced edges and corners. Anti-jamming technology is built into the Browne 22136 steam pan to keep it from sticking when lifting out of a table, drop-in, and stack of pans.
