The Browne 98006 steam pan is built with edges and corners that have been reinforced to make picking up the dish easy. Along with the edge design, the anti-jamming technology around the pan's perimeter protects it from major damage. The corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction also adds to the durability of the pan. The Browne 98006 steam pan is full size and can hold 21.2 quarts of chicken breasts, bread, dressing, and more.
