The Browne 98122 steam pan can hold small portions of entrAƒA©es or large portions of side dishes. It is a half-size pan that has a capacity of 4.3 quarts. Reinforced edges prevent damage to the thinnest part of the pan. Its stainless steel construction is durable and makes the pan easy to clean. The Browne 98122 steam pan has built-in anti-jamming technology that makes removing it simple.
