Description

The Browne 98194 steam pan has a reinforced edge along the top of the pan that prevents damage when transporting and lifting. The pan will not become jammed when in a tables, drop-ins or with other pans since it is built with anti-jamming technology; this protects the pan's edges from damage. This ninth-size pan is able to accommodate 1.1 quarts of seasonings, spices, toppings, and other products. The Browne 98194 steam pan is constructed of stainless steel, making the dish heavy-duty for commercial use.
