The Thunder Group STPA2001 steam table pan is constructed of 22-gauge, 18/8 stainless steel and designed to stand up to frequent use in a hot food preparation setting. The pan is full size and shallow with a depth of 11/4 inches—ideal for buffet-style set ups that allow guests to serve themselves rice, beans, and pasta. Because of its lifted rim, users can easily remove it, and the pan can be placed in a dishwasher for efficient cleanup after use.
