Description

The Thunder Group STPA2132 steam pan is constructed of 18/8 stainless steel and is designed to be placed in the opening of a steam table. Its 22-gauge design ensures a durable body that survives constant use. The pan's small size is conducive to preparing and warming side dishes such as steamed vegetables, warm rice, or gravy, and because of its anti-jam edge, it can be smoothly retrieved and refilled as needed. When emptied the pan can be conveniently cleaned in a commercial dishmachine, and it measures 124/5 inches long by 69/10 inches wide by 21/2 inches deep.
